Planning your ceremonySo much to do, organise, plan, negotiate, dream and scheme – sometimes the significance of the ceremony part, often the smallest part of the overall occasion, can be lost, or simply not given the attention it deserves or needs.
And that is where you need a celebrant such as myself. With a process, a plan and a scheme to give you the great ceremony that will go with your fabulous location, beautiful clothes, flowers, excited and happy guests, and the party. |
Everyone loves a great weddingTake a look at this beautiful video from Indigo Moon, of Monique and Matt’s wedding that I was a celebrant for, with my voice and words being the background.
Now you can see how much we all love a great wedding – this is why we have weddings, to celebrate you shouting out, ‘Come share our love with us!’ |

Making your wedding uniquely special and memorableWhatever, where and however you are getting married, my job is to make this most important part of the wedding uniquely special and memorable for you, and for your family and friends.
Even if you may think that all you are doing is simply exchanging words, signing a couple of bits of paper, the ceremony is actually about way more than that. All your preparations, excitement, nerves and anticipation, plus those of your guests, deserve a wonderful ceremony to get the show started. Remember too, that you are in safe and competent hands in my taking of your ceremony. I am well organised, very attentive to all the fine and often unseen detail of a ceremony, and you can relax 100% knowing that you are in the best possible place with me. |

Five simple stepsStep One
No obligation chit-chat about your ceremony. This is simply for you to see if I am the right celebrant for you. Step Two
If you decide you would like me to be your celebrant, I'll send you lots of ideas, vow and ring exchanges, readings and music choices. Closer to your wedding we'll get together for a meeting to finalise the nitty-gritty – the logistics of the ceremony and I'll ask you lots of questions about the two of you – getting your story. This is the fun, creative stage! Step Three
I will send you a draft of your ceremony based on our meetings. This is your chance to change, delete and add. This is your ceremony and it must be something you are happy with. Step Four
For all weddings, if at all possible, I really feel a rehearsal/walk through at the venue is essential. A practice run means being able to see yourself in the ceremony and it's the best thing to help alleviate those nerves and emotions. Step Five
Your Big Day! This is what we have all been working towards and dreaming about. Let the magic begin! You can relax knowing that your ceremony will be the best it can be, you will be completely prepared, and it will be something to treasure for the rest of your lives. |
